1 General Introduction

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between ggobd ("we", "our", "platform") and every individual ("you", "user", "member") who uses the ggobd website or related services.

2 Account Registration and Personal Information

• Each individual may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable offence.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

ggobd is a platform strictly intended for adults only. Protecting minors is one of our highest priorities.

• To participate on ggobd, you must be at least 21 years of age.
• It is strictly prohibited for any person under the age of 21 to create or use an account.
• Legal action may be taken against any person who carries out any activity on behalf of a minor.
• For suspicious accounts, ggobd may request a government-issued identity document at any time to verify age.
• An account may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

In addition, the following individuals may not open or use an account on ggobd: residents of countries or regions where online gaming is completely prohibited; ggobd employees or their close relatives; and individuals who have previously been banned from the ggobd platform for any reason.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

All transactions on ggobd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing generally takes between 15 minutes and 2 hours.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

• Welcome Bonus: 100% match bonus on the first deposit up to ৳20,000.
• Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times (15x) for the welcome bonus.
• Any winnings earned with bonus funds must meet the wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• One welcome bonus may be claimed per account; attempting to claim it more than once may result in account cancellation.
• ggobd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the relevant bonus and all winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
• Under the VIP program, weekly cashback applies at up to 0.4%, 0.8%, 1.1%, and 1.5% for the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum tiers respectively.

6 Gaming Rules and Validity of Results

All games on ggobd are operated through third-party software providers. Each game's outcome is determined through a verifiable Random Number Generator (RNG) process, which ensures fair play.

• Game results are final and cannot be changed, except in the case of a technical error.
• If the outcome of a game is uncertain due to a technical error, ggobd reserves the right to cancel the relevant round and refund the bet amount.
• ggobd will not be liable for any bet lost due to an internet connection failure.

• In the sports betting section, the outcome of a bet depends on the official result of the relevant match. In the case of a disputed result, ggobd's decision will be considered final.

7 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

ggobd is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment. Any of the activities listed below are strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action:

• Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
• Intentionally exploiting any bug, error, or systemic vulnerability in gaming software.

• Colluding with other members to manipulate results ("collaborative cheating").

8 Account Suspension and Closure

ggobd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the circumstances listed below:

• The account has been inactive for an extended period (as per the terms of service).

When an account is closed, if no terms have been violated and no wagering requirements are pending, any remaining valid balance will be returned to the registered payment method.
